What is SUITCASE?
SUITCASE is a remote (try on at home) expert styling service. We aim to help women nationwide enjoy the swimsuit shopping experience by curating styles specifically to meet individual needs and shipping them directly to the doorstep to be tried on at home.

We offer an always-changing array of swimwear and resort wear from 50+ brands, including exclusive prints and extended sizes made just for us.

How does it work?
Start by filling out your style profile! Your style profile informs your real-life fit expert of your comfortability, size, and lifestyle needs. Once we receive your completed style profile, we send you an email to authorize the shipment by paying a $20 styling fee, which is refunded to your purchase if you keep 3 or more items. We will send you a review of our initial slections before shipping, so you can guide your fit expert stylist to swap patterns or change out styles. The more you communicate, the better we are! (We wish we could read minds!) You’ll get hand-selected pieces to try on in the comfort of home.

Keep what you love and send the rest back within 5 days. Just place the items you’re returning into the prepaid mailing envelope and drop them off at any USPS mailbox.
Your fit expert remains available to you to answer fit questions, assist with sizing, offer additional item recommendations, and well, just to help you find a swimsuit you actually want to wear.

Is this a subscription box?
No, SUITCASE is NOT a subscription box. It is a one-and-done styling service to help people find the best fitting swimsuit. Try us before your next vacation, pre-summer, or if the mood strikes.

Why do you need my credit card?
We require a valid credit card upfront in order to authorize the shipment and release the product to you.

When will I be charged?
You authorize a SUITCASE shipment by paying our initial $20 styling fee. This is paid prior to us shipping you your SUITCASE. This fee will be credited back to you at check out if you keep 3 or more items. (The average is 4 items!) If you only purchase one or two items, the styling fee is not refundable. (Remember, we can swap suitcases and send changes - we work with you!)

Once you finish trying on our selections in the comfort of your home, communicate with your fit expert your final picks. Your fit expert will prepare your final invoice and process your check out.

What if I return everything in my SUITCASE?
If we did not get it right the first time, we offer a free SUITCASE exchange. Communication between you and the fit expert is what will make our picks perfect, so let's try again. Work with her to adjust the sizing or style options, or expand overall selections. It's all about communication - so talk to us!

How long does it take to ship?
We ship ground via USPS. On average it takes 10 business days from the date of your styling fee payment. We are able to rush ship for an additional fee.

What is the price range of SUITCASE swimwear?
Our prices range from $100 to $300 per the whole suit. (If we think it's a great fit for you, we ask you before we ship a $300+ suit) Each item is shipped with the prices clearly marked on the tags so there is no confusion or surprises. We typically send a range of price points in order to introduce you to fit technologies. Remember, you'll only pay for what you decide to keep.

What is your sales tax policy?
We are a Minnesota based company and have no sales tax on necessities, including swimwear. Accessories are taxed at the current state tax rate.

How long should my swimsuit last?
We are big on luxury quality, and thus only sell designers and brands that meet our gold standard. Swimwear should last 3 to 5 years with proper care. We include a care card with instructions and our signature Kopa soap with every SUITCASE to ensure you protect your investment.

What is the affiliation with Nani Nalu?
In May 2020, SUITCASE was born to assist Nani Nalu boutique shoppers during the pandemic. Because of our success and amazing reviews, we decided to launch SUITCASE nationally. We are supported by our incredible boutique, Nani Nalu, and partnered with our in-store fit experts who have an abundance of experience fitting real women in swimwear every day.

Can I use a Nani Nalu gift card at SUITCASE?
Yes, you can! Nani Nalu gift cards are honored during the final check out process of SUITCASE. To use a Nani Nalu gift card, simply enter the number into the gift card field when filling out your style profile. Please keep in mind, we do still need your credit card information upfront to authorize the shipment.
